You may have caught wind of this new, extremely old product. Since coconut’s latest wave to hit the Western World in the latest millennium, it has been the talk on every natural, how-to, DIY website to hit the internet. Now with social media, Google, and people turning to the more natural way of living, it is making another burst into the scenes. For very good reasons too! It can be an everyday, multiple times a day addition to many regimens.
Who lacks energy these days? I do! I do! Whether it’s kids, career, keeping in shape, being awesome, or whatever makes it difficult to start the day, this incredible oil can zap that away from you – naturally. It does such a good job, that it’s not advised to take it night. Sounds great right? All you need is a tablespoon each of honey and coconut oil, then add some Chia seeds for more umph and you are good to go. Add it to your coffee to give it a little nutty flavor. Any unused calories doesn’t turn into fat, but ketones therefore not adding any weight.
